MTN Super Smart Bundle is a package that offers bundles of national voice minutes, national SMS and data to customers.

All MTN prepaid and E-postpaid customers can purchase the Super Smart Bundles.  All prepaid and E-postpaid customers will be able to buy and manage the Bundles by sending the appropriate SMS command to 131. Each bundle purchased has a validity of 30 days. The customer can purchase multiple bundles. E.g. He can buy Super 50000 3 or 4 times in the same month, or he can decide to buy super 30000 3 times and super 20000 2 times and super 50000 once all in same month. The bundle elements will accumulate and the validity will be extended by 30 days for each element bought, up to a maximum of 90 days.

MTN Biz Life is an affordable, airtime-based life insurance service from the suite of MTN Y’ello Cover, a portfolio of insurance services brought to you by MTN. It is a simple and convenient way MTN subscribers can access an affordable life protection plan directly from their mobile phones.

With a minimum spend of N200 per week on airtime, subscribers enjoy a FREE N100,000 life insurance cover valid for one week. This cover is applicable in the case of accidents resulting in permanent disability or demise. MTN BizLife is offered in collaboration with Mansard Insurance plc.

Why MTN Biz Life

Insurance is sometimes perceived to be complicated, involving a lot of paperwork and expensive. As such a large portion of the population has gone uninsured. MTN Biz Life, is a service that addresses this situation.

• Firstly, the insurance cover can be accessed in just a few minutes meaning no long paperwork.
• Secondly, it costs nothing. All you need to do is spend a minimum of N200 per week of your airtime, which qualifies you for a FREE cover valid for one week
• Thirdly, it is a pay-as-you-go service meaning you enjoy the convenience of making your normal calls and getting extra for it

The MTN Biz Life policy provides benefit in the form of an agreed cash payment to a named beneficiary of a deceased subscriber, or to a subscriber in the case of permanent disablement as a result of accident.

To enjoy the service, simply SMS ‘bizlife’ to 131 or dial *460*4# and follow the prompt. Then spend a minimum of N200 every week to enjoy FREE 7 day insurance cover valued at N100,000.

No Premiums are payable and no deductions are made from the subscriber’s airtime. To enjoy this service every week, all you need to do is make a minimum spend of N200 of your airtime per week .

The policy grants cover for 7 days as long as weekly minimum spend of N200 is made, however, the policy ceases once a death or total permanent disability claim is paid.

The sum assured becomes payable to your named beneficiary(s)

If a minimum of N200 is not spent during a valid week of being insured, policy shall lapse without value and the life assurance benefit under the policy shall cease to be payable.

If the customer spends over N200 during the policy term, the customer shall be entitled to only one 7-day Life Insurance the following week. For example, if customer spends N1,000 while enjoying the Biz Life Insurance cover, customer shall only be eligible for another week of Biz Life cover NOT 5 weeks.

The minimum and maximum age for entry is

Between 18 – 60 years of age.

The on-Demand service provides mobile customers a convenient means to purchase Airtime directly from their mobile phones linked to their respective banks. This serves as an additional channel for buying airtime.

To be able to buy MTN airtime through the MTN ON DEMAND service, you need to be;

1.   A registered and active Mobile subscriber.

2.  The customer must have a funded account with any one of the partner banks

The Short code is zero rated. You are not charged to access the service

All you need to do is meet the requirements specified above. The question is, how do i use this service?

 1. Step 1:Dial *904*AMOUNT# on your phone and follow the prompt

2. Step 2:You would receive a prompt with details of the transaction

3. Step 3:You then click “Ok” to authorize payment

4. Step 4:You finally get an SMS notification of transaction

 After you complete the transaction by dialing *904*AMOUNT#;

1. You receive a notification of successful transaction from MTN

2. You receive a notification from your bank on the debit in your account

3. Your Airtime account is credited with the amount you specified.

 There is no minimum amount limit that you can buy on the service.

But there is a daily limit of NGN 3,000.00 for the buy airtime transaction. How can one check His balance?

1.On the MTN Network Dial *556# shortcode to check your airtime balance.

2.Or use the MTN Service by dialing *123*1*3# to view your airtime account balance

 

Note also that your account balance is shown at the end of the SMS sent after every transaction performed.
